The cost our mortgage services
Upon submitting a mortgage appliction, we will charge you a fee typically amounting to £499.00 for our services. However, this fee may vary depending on your specific situation and circumstances. We may also receive commission from the provider of any products you take out upon completion of you transaction which can potentially be mean we may not get paid for months. Hence it is in everyone’s interest to help push your case through to successful completion in a timely manner.
When considering a specific mortgage, you will receive a personalised European Standardised Information Sheet (ESIS) that details any associated fees and the commission we will receive. You have the right to request information regarding the differences in commission levels paid by various mortgage lenders. Additionally, you are entitled to request an illustration for any mortgage product we offer. Building relationships and trust is at the cornerstone of our business. Alex painted our Living Room, Garage Gym and Office beautifully - the preparation he took before doing so was really impressive; he covered everything with dust sheets, filled cracks and indentations first, primed the walls and then put several coats of paint on the walls to ensure we got the depth of colour we were after. He also painted the skirting and our doors.
The Main Bedroom was the biggest job of all. We had a large walk in wardrobe that we no longer wanted - he knocked the wardrobe down, plastered the walls, replaced the coving, skirting and floorboards and primed and repainted the whole room. The results were utterly stunning and we were delighted.
Alex hung mirrors for us, repaired curtain poles and general final jobs we needed doing. We will be asking Alex to help us with the rest of our renovation next year. Alex is courteous, meticulous, polite, helpful, hard working, honest, talented and funny.
